DEPOSITS and REFUNDS

There will be a deposit required to Book any session/service. Balance of session/service is due in full BEFORE the actual time of your session/service.

Thare no warranties or guarantees whereas refunds will be at the sole discretion of Anastasia, Mystic of New Orleans.

YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. PERIOD.

IF No Shows or more than 10 minutes late for Session

IF you are more than 10 minutes late for you session, your session will be condidered forfeited and not held.

IF arrival is within the 10 minute grace, whatever those minutes are will be deducted from overall time of session.

IF you cancel in advance of 24 hours of your services/session, then the service/session will be rescheduled. Every effort will be made to best accommodate a new date/time that works better for you in rescheduling your service/session.

Further information about your session will be sent after your non refundable deposit is received via text, call or email provided by you the client, from Anastasia personally or an assistant.

IF not received, then you are not considered Booked.

Do check back with me please if nothing is recieved within 48 hours as ther is a glitch in the Matrix.

Occasionally, it is known that in some special circumstances, at my discretion, I will consider a sliding scale or trade off of equal value when working with you. I do have offers with lower fees to locals of New Orleans and those within the Military, First Responders, Service Industry, Culture Bearers plus other practitioners. Must have supporting current proof for this.

I have a very strict policy with and in, NOT sharing ANY of your personal information with any one else. Period.

This includes your email addy, your name, your phone number, etc. or whatever is shared to book, or even if you were/were not a client of mine. NOT A THING IS SHARED. I do not kiss and tell. Whatever happens, or is shared within your sessions, remain just that, PRIVATE.

IF you post publicly about it, that is on you. I then might ask for written permission to share whatever or for a recommendation.
